  13. Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
  14. Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
  16. Garam Masala: 1 teaspoon
  17. Salt: to taste
  18. Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  19. Fresh Coriander: for garnish
  20. Water

How To Prepare Mutton Kosha Recipe?

Marinate the Mutton:

    • Mix the mutton pieces in a bowl with half of the ginger-garlic paste, yoghurt, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour.
